Introducing the visual identity development for ‘The Hub’, a central information source of collateral and insights for Frontier Economics.

The overarching concept was built around the feeling of a traditional bookshelf, transferred into a digital space. Using a simplistic visual system to represent each publication being stored in a unified collection.

The Hub site follows a very similar feel to an existing external website, the idea of which was to produce a logo identity and corresponding desktop icon for ‘The Hub’ that are simple but recognisable as Frontier.

"The team loved it"

A simplified version of the logo was also created to be simply the ‘H’. This needed to be as recognisable as the main logo, without being gimmicky or physically alluding to the shapes or ideas of books.
