One of HB’s international law firm clients that specialises in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors (name withheld by contract) recently rebranded and called on Hamilton-Brown to support the launch of its new brand identity.
The Global Head of Marketing & Brand had worked with HB at another firm and recommended us to work on the re-brand activation and rollout. Once the project finished, the client wished to retain Hamilton-Brown to assist with the ongoing creation and delivery of collateral to support the firm’s marketing and design teams, and its professional staff.
The Challenge
With an increased demand for creative support alongside the new brand, the CMO wished to partner with an agency that was flexible, adaptable and understood the competitive landscape in order to produce on-brand marketing, communications and business documents quickly and efficiently.
The technical requirements and complexities of the re-branding project included a suite of Adobe and Microsoft templates as well as updates for the firm’s global toolbar. The client was keen to find a solution that allowed its teams to work seamlessly with a partner that had both the creative and the technical understanding of the brand, culture, and ways of working.
The Solution
A Retainer Agency model was a great fit for this firm: providing standby support to the marketing, design and fee earning teams. Hamilton-Brown has acted as brand guardians and ensured compliance on creative outputs across a multitude of deliverables. Within the first 3 months, demand was 35% greater than the contractual agreement. The client has renewed for a year further.
