Korn Ferry, a global consulting firm, set out to launch a new diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) campaign that truly resonated with their teams and mirrored their internal culture.
The challenge was to create a campaign centred around employees, making each individual’s story the heart of the narrative. Moreover, it needed to be interactive, easy to access, and seamlessly blend into the Korn Ferry brand and website experience.
Our solution
We embarked on designing a sub-identity that put people at the forefront of Korn Ferry’s brand. Leveraging Ceros, we developed a no-code digital platform where employees could share their stories and explore inclusive futures in the workplace through rich-media content.
Our close collaboration with Korn Ferry’s marketing team ensured that every aspect was in sync before the technical implementation. Additionally, we introduced an animated quiz to boost engagement, which, as per our suggestion, also served as a tool for generating leads through Marketo integration.
The opportunity
Korn Ferry’s DE&I campaign presented a golden opportunity to deepen engagement and foster reflection on inclusive behaviours.
By incorporating elements like the quiz and highlighting the human aspect within the brand, we aimed to make inclusivity more relatable and accessible.
The campaign’s outreach was further extended through print adverts in the Times and the Evening Standard, underlining Korn Ferry’s dedication to diversity and inclusion publicly.
The result
The joint efforts between Hamilton-Brown and Korn Ferry’s internal marketing team culminated in a highly successful campaign that surpassed expectations .
Aptly named the “Everybody has a story to tell” initiative, it not only showcased real stories but also provided valuable insights into nurturing inclusivity. The digital platform, seamlessly integrated into the Korn Ferry website, offered a rich and engaging digital experience.
Doubling as both a self-reflection tool and a lead generator, the quiz maximised impact and set the benchmark for future DE&I campaigns.
